These are brand new castors which have been manufactured and assembled in the UK by a family run engineering company that has been established for 60 years with a reputation for first class products. 

They are genuine castors for general office and home use.

Ideal for carpets and soft flooring.

To ensure that your existing castors are 11mm remove a castor from your chair and measure the section of the stem that goes into the chair. 

If the stem is 11mm diameter by 22mm long then this product will fit. 

The last measurement is the tower which is where the stem is located.  This listing is for a 16mm tower.  We also stock a 36mm tower which is taller and wider, so check our other listings if you need an 11mm diameter stem with a 36mm tower.
