Please note that we cannot accept any returns of body jewellery or earrings where the sealed packet has been opened . All other returns must be unworn, unmarked and have all tags and labels still attached. They should be returned with all packaging in tact. Where relevant we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns, and any items that are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold will be returned to the customer. We will accept any returns (other than the items listed above) until 7 days after the day that you receive your order. You must first notify us in writing (either Email or letter) that you wish to cancel your order, once your return is authorised you will receive a return reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. All returns should be sent back to us (at the invoice address) within 7 days of authorisation, in their original packaging by a suitable postage method (Recorded delivery or Special delivery), at your own expense. JoBananas will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. The refund amount for the item(s) returned excluding postage costs, will be credited to the payment method used to make the original order within 30 days of us receiving the return.
