To maintain a low competitive shipping cost, all packages are mailed using

Canada Post STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE.

Once payment received has cleared, package is then shipped to the address provided in the payment

and an email notification will be sent out confirming when shipment was made and

when package should be expected to arrive  based on Canada Postal Service estimated delivery time.

HOWEVER, to maintain our excellent customer service,

we will submit an investigation request to the Canada Postal Service

on behalf of our buyers for any lost packages.

If package is located & returned to us with the original contents,

MichelleB's will be happy to provide FULL refund.

If package remains lost BUT the Canada Postal Service issues a refund,

the refunded amount will be credited back to the customer.
