1993 crown regent caravan 5 berth.

This could be a great caravan with a little bit of tlc, there is a small soft spot in one part of the floor, but its not because of damp. but its not abig issue.

there is a crack on one of the windows but it does not leak as it is the internal panal.a couple of blinds are missing and could do with new curtains.we bought it second hand, and have never used the bathroom so I couldnt comment on any of that but from the looks of it , its all in working order.comes with an awning but one of the side panels are missing but we just put a wind break there, the oven is not connected, hob and grill work fine.the fridge and freezer are in good working order.brand new fly screens have been fitted. viewing reccomened.

A: IT IS NOT DAMP. THERE IS NO CAUSE OF THE SOFT SPOT UNDERNEATH. AND NO SIGNS OF DAMP ON AROUND OR UNDER THE CARPET I REALLY CANT ANSWER IT I HAVE HAD PEOPLE VIEW THE CARAVAN AND THEY SAID THE SAME.

A: hi there is no mould or damp as we can see in the time we have owned the caravan the weights on plate are as M.A.W 1060KG AND C.A.P 184KG i hope this helps many thanks steve
