1. Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Queensbury Village Cobbler does not refund postal charges.

2. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.

3. Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Queensbury Village Cobbler will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. It is essential that a certificate of Posting is obtained from the Post Office

4. Any returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any goods returned more than 28 days after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.

5. Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at Queensbury Village Cobbler's discretion. Queensbury Village Cobbler will be responsible for items lost in the Post whilst being returned.

6. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Queensbury Village Cobbler will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Queensbury Village Cobbler will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.

7. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail , customers will be required to fund the re-posting of the returned item. 8. It is assumed that customers have read and agreed to these terms and conditions when making their purchase

9. In all situation where a full Refund is required or agreed following an Ebay Purchase a “Mutual Withdrawal Agreement” must be agreed through Ebay before such refund can be issued.

QUEENSBURY VILLAGE COBBLER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.	Queensbury Village Cobbler only sell 100% genuine products. We do not sell any copies or fakes. 
2.	All prices are clearly marked and will not be changed after a sale is completed. 
3.	All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT. 
4	All photos are of the product to be purchased, but in some cases photos may be for  illustration.  Always check description for the exact colour and discription of item being purchased .
5.	In cases where engraving is need.  It is up to the customer to ensure that correct spelling and wording is sent with purchase.
6.	All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress. 
7.	According to the Data Protection Act 1988 Queensbury Village Cobbler will not supply any of your details to a third party
8.	Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Queensbury Village Cobbler reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied. 
9.	Queensbury Village Cobbler reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only.  Delivery to a different address will require a detailed email authorising such action.
10.	If Queensbury Village Cobbler has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible, with the expected time for delivery or offer a refund.  Queensbury Village Cobbler will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. 
11. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail, Customers will be required to fund re-posting of order.
12.	Orders not received will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days. 
13.	If an order is not received you must notify Queensbury Village Cobbler in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time. 
14.	Queensbury Village Cobbler shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. 
15.	In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Queensbury Village Cobbler will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. 16.	Queensbury Village Cobbler will make every effort to Post orders placed  and paid for before 2 pm the same day.  Order placed and paid for after 2 pm  will be posted the next day.
17.	No orders will be posted on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
18.  Annual Holidays will be published on the listings and in the Ebay Shop. Orders will be accepted during such Holidays, but orders will not be Posted until the return to work day after the holiday.
19.	None of the above effects your statutory rights.
20.  Customers must be over 18 years of age to purchase items from Queensbury Village Cobbler's Ebay Shop.  Proof of age will be required for legally restricted items, where it is not clear that the person is over 18.
