Payment is expected within 24 hours of auction ending. We accept Paypal. We also accept Money Order, UK Cheques and e-Cheques.
Please note that if you pay by Cheques and e-Cheques, your delivery will be delayed until your Cheque clears. We will deliver your item with royal mail 1-3 days after your payment is confirmed and cleared, Sterling Pound Cheques only.
All ITEMS will be shipped the next day after the payment has been received.

POSTAGE INFORMATION:
All Postage is to be paid for by the buyer.
Please be aware that postage includes handling & packaging charges not just stamps!
If you are not happy to pay the postage costs stated on our auctions, then please do not bid as these are non-negotiable.
We always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. In the event of lost or missing parcels, this may be used as a method of obtaining recompense from Royal Mail. However, this can be quite long-winded taking anything upto 1 month to complete.
We cannot be held personally responsible for items lost in the post, as this is simply beyond our control. Nor will we replace or refund a lost item before re-imbursement from couriers has been sought.
However, we do make every reasonable effort to maintain good customer relations, and to this end we shall endeavor to see that any transitional periods run as smoothly as possible, and that compromises are made where applicable.
International delivery is not covered under the same standard insurance as UK delivery as more than one agent is involved. This means that if a parcel is lost there will be no recompence whatsoever unless the insurance premium is paid. For up to date pricing please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY:
All items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt unused and wrapped. **Please note that Postage costs are not refunded unless the Goods are faulty.** The item must be unused in the same condition as received.
