Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay shop. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Delivery
WE NOW OFFER FREE UK MAINLAND SHIPPING ON ALMOST EVERY PRODUCT.

Delivery will be by our Specialist Courier, Parcelforce, or similar service depending on the size of the item.

• We will need your phone number so they can contact you to arrange delivery.
• Our specialist courier delivers most of our items & offers a 2 man service for larger items.
• They will take your item(s) to the room of your choice and will take away packaging upon request.
• A fitting service is also offered for an additional cost for our few non assembled items.

Delivery is in mainland UK only, if you live in Scotland or an Island please enquire as costs vary.

Despatch
All Sofas, lighting and most furniture is sold from stock and are dispatched within 7 days, usually less, although occasionally it may take a little longer, should this be the case, we will contact you and give you an estimated time for delivery or provide an immediate complete refund. Please be a little patient with large items of furniture, we use a good reliable Specialist removal company/courier, who concentrate on quality of service rather than just speed. Your items will arrive in A1 condition in good time.

You may collect items when available from our Portreath branch, but we must have at least 24 hours notice and we ask you to confirm before making your purchase.

Insurance - If you opt to pay for our insurance (if offered), you will be covered against loss or damage to the amount of your final bid/price should the item be affected during the period starting from your full cleared payment until the item is delivered to you. If you do not take our insurance then you do not have this cover and our responsibility for your purchase ends when we pass it to the delivery agent.

International - We normally only ship within the UK Mainland, we can deliver to Scotland but additional costs may apply, please enquire before bidding so we can give an accurate delivery cost. We can also recommend Abbey Shipping who will deliver to most areas of the world

Guarantee - All new items come with a statutory 1 year guarantee against faulty materials. Please inspect your item upon arrival and mark the delivery receipt with details of any damage, also email or phone us the same day otherwise it will be difficult to make a claim against the courier.
