Holiday Cottage to let in Llanaber, Barmouth with sweeping beach views from the lounge and only a few mintes walk down a footpath to the beach. Ideal for STORM WATCHING - watch the gigantic waves breaking over the promenade from the luxury of your cosy barn conversion lounge!

Barmouth is one of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast and is surrounded by the majestic splendor of the Snowdonia National Park. A traditional seaside resort, Barmouth is ideal for memorable holidays with miles of soft golden sands and safe paddling in the bathing waters of Cardigan Bay. The vast beach is never overcrowded and there is always plenty of room for a game of volleyball, rounder's or sand castle building.

Penty Mochyn is a two bedroom (sleeps 4) barn conversion overlooking the beach and sea. It is fitted out to the Welsh Tourist board 5 star standards on the owners equestrian property with sweeping view of Barmouths spectacular beach and glorious sunsets.

Penty Mochyn is in the open countryside of Llanaber, just a mile out of Barmouth. It is on a 6 acre farm that is home to horses, ducks and chickens. Footpath direct down to the beach. Beautiful walk down the promenade to Barmouth Town. Easy access (by car, on foot or on horseback) to over 10 miles of Wales best blue-flag rated, flat sandy beaches. Parking right outside the door of the cottage. Ideal for walking in the Snowdonia National park, local drovers paths, Cader Idris, bird watching around the Mawddach Estuary and strolling around the harbour.

The modern design of the interior is a relaxation heaven and includes a spa bath, under floor heating, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, double oven, digital TV, DVD player in lounge and twin bedroom, TV in both bedrooms, CD player, own garden, outdoor seating, plus all the usual refinements expected of 5 star accomodation.

Electricity, bedding and towels are inclusive. Please note there are steps both inside and outside the cottage.

Well behaved Dogs are allowed (+£25), additional babies in a cot (+£25). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (because of the free-range animals).

Arrival is from 4pm. The barn should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
