DOMESTIC BUYERS: We strongly recommend payment through Paypal for the fastest shipping.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

Payment must be received within 7 working days of the auction’s close.

If payment is not received within 7 working days of the auction’s close, the auction will be cancelled, the item relisted, a dispute will be opened with Ebay and you will receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK..

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Where payment is received by Paypal, we will only ship to the address on file with Paypal. With other forms of payment we will ship to the stated eBay address unless otherwise requested by email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship wirh Royal Mail. Goods will be shipped normally with in 24 hours. Please allow time for weekends, public and local holidays.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS : If you can pay by Paypal, then we can ship to your country. You are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, which are NOT included in the shipping costs.

EUROPE: If you can pay by Paypal, then we can ship to your country. While there are not any duties, taxes and brokerage fees with purchases with in the EU normally. In the event that some may arise, you are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, which are NOT included in the shipping costs.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COST

Our shipping costs are clearly stated in our listing, and cover our professional packing materials and delicate handling. In addition, insurance is included on all items, unless otherwise stated (Terms and conditions and exclusions apply on insurance)

All shipping costs are FINAL, non-negotiable, and NOT subject to change. We do NOT accommodate requests to alter shipping costs or shipping services. Please bid accordingly.

We offer a full, money-back guarantee on every item we sell. If the item you receive does not match our description, we will refund your payment in full, including the original shipping cost once item is returned to us.

NOTE

Please note that we do not accept returns for items accurately represented in the listing. If such an item is returned, a 30% restocking fee will apply and no shipping will be refunded. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Buyers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return (see Contact Information). After 5 days, the item is legally yours and cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your return is approved, we will issue you with RMA Number for it.

We do NOT accept returns for items without an RMA number, so please contact us before returning an item.
