Please allow up to 10 days for delivery within the UK  I will endeavour to get your item in the post as soon as I have received payment.

Some items may come direct from the warehouse e.g. bulbs. So you may receive two or more parcels.

In the sad fact of any problems

Please allow 14 days before contacting me complaining of non receipt of your items. I always keep a record of postage.

Refunds

Returns postage costs are refundable if items are faulty or damaged in the post, once returned to the supplier in original packing.
Postage is not refundable if items are purchased in error, but the item will be refunded if returned to the supplier in original packaging.

Hello Shelled Warriors was set up with the aim of getting the correct products out to tortoise keepers. 

I started this business as i found that many people where finding it hard to get hold of some products and that much of the advice given from pet shops and some internet sources is poor to say the least.

Here at Shelled Warriors we take in many tortoises rehomers who have had a bad life or just that their owns could no longer care for them.

We have vast knowledge of most species of tortoises from husbandry to breeding.
