Returns Policy;

If in any case the Buyer wishes to return a product, all postage will be paid by the buyer. Wen Tai Sun operates the regulation 14day grace period for returns.

Breakages;

If in any case a product arrives broken, Buyer must take a digital picture and send to wentaisun@btconnect.com with a clear explanation of the breakage. Upon receipt of the photo, a breakage claim will be processed which may result in a full or partial refund or a replacement being sent to the Buyer. In most cases, a claim may be made to Royal Mail and we must ask the Buyer to keep the broken package which may be asked for by Royal Mail.

 Lost items;

Buyers in the UK should report a lost item after 10 days of dispatch and before 60 days. Overseas buyers may report a lost item after 25days and before 80 days. In most cases, lost items are usually found at the Buyers local Post Office or with the buyer’s neighbours as many of our packages are too big for most post boxes and postal officials have missed the receiver. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT A LOST ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND NEIGHBOURS.
