Once I have confirmed your accommodation booking, you can either make a payment to myself or directly to the hotel. Whichever option you choose the hotel will contact you direct to confirm the reservation. If you choose to pay the hotel direct you can make the payment at the same time as getting the confirmation (I just need to know before you make the booking with them so I can settle the ebay side of things).  All of this can usually be done within the day to allow you to book flights. This offer is open to couples only with children being accommodated free.  If there over three children travelling please let me know at time of booking to ensure suites with additional bedrooms are available.  To be eligible for this offer you will need to be 30- 68 years of age and have a joint income of over £25,000 and hold a valid credit card and EU passport. You also must agree to take a holiday ownership presentation whilst staying at the resort. This presentation is arranged at your convenience and will last approx 2 hours. PLEASE NOTE you are under no obligation to buy anything at all and this will be confirmed by the Island Residence Club who will handle your booking at the hotel. If you want to travel with friends other family etc this is fine but each family group will need to book a seperate suite and will also need to attend the presentation.  Again I can advise on this before you book. Please feel free to let friends and family know of this as I am able to secure bookings all year round and at short notice. Spring, summer, autumn, winter, christmas, new year whatever you fancy- a break in the sun or a relax in the luxurious spa will always help!

The simple way of looking at this is that the only commitment from you is to meet the criteria I have set out above and therefore save yourself about £1200 on the normal room price at the most exclusive hotel and spa on the island.
