Shipping is carried out by Royal Mail & DPD, both couriers delivering to UK & Europe.
If your item is to be sent by DPD and you live in Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be applied to cover the additional cost of shipping to these areas.
Please allow 7 days before contacting us regarding the delivery of your item. Royal Mail`s guidelines say that items can only be considered missing after 14 working days has passed. In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent as soon as the loss has been verified by the courier.

EU Shipping The only methods of payment accepted for Europeanorders is Credit Card or PayPal. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximatedescription of the goods. Accuracy of Product Information All product specifications, images and other information published on our website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, In Car Mart Ltd, cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse of cancel an orders listed at the incorrect pricewhether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). Payment Methods We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Soloand Maestro. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch goods until payment has been cleared, which can take atleast 7-10 working days. For PayPal payments we will only ship to the registered PayPal address.
Returns
Returned Goods Policy If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return yourorder within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges (all items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee). Special order and custom order items are NOT subject to our returns policy. The return of any goods is the sole responsibility of the customer, including any associated costs.
The returned goods will only be accepted when the following conditions are met:
- You obtain an authorisation number from In Car Mart for the goods in question
- The returns authorisation number MUST be written CLEARLY on the outside of the packaging
- The returned goods are in original, pristine condition
- The returned goods are in their original packaging
- Goods must be returned by ROYAL MAIL 1st Class RECORDED delivery and we must be supplied with the tracking number as soon as goods are sent.
Failing to adhere to the above, goods recieved will be returned immediately tothe customer. Any associated costs will be charged to the customers account. All returns have to be notified to us in wiriting within 7days from the date of reciept of delivery. The customer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods, however, if the goodsare found to be faulty we will refund your returns costs, up to the value of the Royal Mail 1st Class Recoded costs for that item.
