We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if we ship the wrong product, or if the product is found to be defective, based on the manufacturer's specifications.

Any defective items can only be returned after obtaining RMA# from us. Replacements or repair service will be made for defective items.All defective item exchanges are free.
The RMA number must be shown outside of your shipping box. Packages without a RMA number will be refused.
RMA number is valid for 20 days after the date of issue. Returned merchandise received after 20 days from the invoice date will not be refunded nor returned.
When we receive your returned item, we will refund your order amount less a minimum 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs and insurance.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
