There is no question, Koi love these pellets and will feed ravenously and you have to be careful that you do not over feed them. 4mm is good for any fish over 3" (75mm) in length. We post out all orders by the 'business day' (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
You are given 'Postal Options', choose which one you want. NOTE: the default option is normally the cheapest, which is normally the slower of other options.
If your item has not arrived when you expect it, please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office (if sent by 1st, 2nd class & parcel post) that they have not attempted delivery. They usually leave a card, but we are getting more and more reports of them not doing this recently. Also, check with any likely neighbours who may have accepted it on your behalf.
RETURNS: If you wish to return and recently purchased item, please post back to us ONLY if it is unused, in its original packing, with the packing and item in a state that we can sell again without complaint. Note we are unable to refund or replace items that have been placed (even for a second) in any water. This is due to potential cross-contamination.

We are a private business based in Devon who supply all things Aquatic for ponds and aquariums.
The owner, Andrew Buchanan, has a background in fish farming where he bred, and reared ornamental fish (koi, goldfish etc) to sell to the retail trade.
