When purchasing from our company please!! DO NOT COMPLETE THE EBAY CHECK OUT. Your order will now be combined before we send out your invoice to ensure every customer is given the very maximum! Postal discounts we are able to offer. Please check your invoice BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT. If any item purchased is not shown on this invoice. Please do not pay. Simply email us and ask for a new invoice. Please remember, once a payment is received we can no longer add any additional items to this invoice nor can we refund any additional postage costs payable as a result. Items paid for separately will be shipped separately from your combined order. If you intend to shop some more within a few days Once again please make no payment, when you are finished shopping request a total and we will recombine you whole order again before sending a new invoice. Your order will leave ASAP on the very next possible dispatch day after we receive your cleared payment.

We will send any customer requesting it a copy of our new postal charges for the weight of your order. This will be accurate for the UK mainland customers except for Northern Ireland and the more remote parts of the UK mainland, there will be an additional premium to be paid ONLY on heavier items shipped to these areas.

International buyers can now also see a postal costs chart for there location.

Please rest assured we will give all of our customers the very maximum! Postal discounts we can offer on any order you place.

1. ALL buyers, please note, every invoice you receive will offer postal insurance as optional. If you require insurance on your order, you MUST! Add this charge before paying. If you choose not to pay the insurance offered, the item will not be covered by us for loss or damage whilst in transit and is also not traceable by us once it is posted. Proof of posting however is always made available to assist you with any claim which may arise. Uninsured buyers will be solely responsible for making any ensuing claims to the post office in such circumstances.
2. All insured deliveries MUST be signed for, if an item is received damaged and you have paid the insurance. You must make it clear the item was damaged by including the relevant information on the signature form. Failure to do so will make void any claim.
3. Our postal charges include: basic postal costs, all packaging materials and a small packing charge per order.
4. We are now re-charging buyers the postal cost for any item returned to us because the buyer did not claim it at the post office, after a failed delivery. We do send out dispatch notices to all! Buyers following the receipt of your payment, to let you know when your item leaves us. So we ask all UK buyers to please give it only four days from receipt of the dispatch notice before checking with the local post office to see if the item has been left there, before emailing me.
5. If you have any questions relating to the above or with regards to the item listed. Please email for clarification prior to bidding or buying. All sales will be deemed as final; please do not purchase unless you are happy to buy any item as described/seen.
6. No antique or second-hand items can be returned unless it was grossly misrepresented in the item description. Please ask all and any questions prior to purchasing such items.
7. We will accept returns on new items if the customer has changed their minds. However, all returned items must be received back with us in a timely manner and in the Same good unused condition in which they were dispatch to you.. They must be returned in suitable packaging similar in type to that in which they were received. The items original packet can be used for the return. Item may have been opened but not used in any way. Any items deemed to have been used or tampered with WILL NOT be accepted back for refund and the customer will be billed again for shipping costs to return the item back to them. We do not refund any postage costs for returns unless we are at fault for the return. This will be down to our own discretion.
8. Please note we are very honest and trustworthy people and will treat each case on its individual merits in a fair manner.
