This pole is ideal for the down stairs because its small and nible and lightweight. A common problem with using one pole to clean all windows regardless of if its 35ft three storey or ground level is that you are always carrying the weight and size of a 35ft pole. The hardest problem is when you are in a tight space and you need to clean the windows, a long pole measuring 1.8m at its smallest length is very hard to manage, however a small 74cm pole is perfect!!!
