1) All items are sold in boxed quantites only. 2) We deliver to the mainland UK only. 3) We reserve the right to alter designs and specifications of the goods at all times 4) All prices are in Pounds Sterling 5) We require your payment to be submitted within seven days from the end of the auction date. 6) If an item has not been paid for within seven days it will be deemed that you no longer require the item and it will be re-listed. 7) All items that are not paid for within seven days will receive a non payment strike.

Returns Procedure

We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

1) We must be advised by email of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item and within 48 hours. 2) By return email we will send you a returns form to be completed with the problems regarding your order. 3) Upon receipt of the form we will check the fault, and all genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded 5) If we have made an error with the order those items will be replaced or money refunded 6) We regret that we cannot replace an item where the error is found to be either the fault of the customer or a third party. Please make sure that you check all orders as you pass through checkout.
