This auction is for 4 metres of Gunto Army green/drab tsuka maki Ito. This is high quality Japanese Ito sold as 10mm Ito which stretches to about 8.5mm width which is standard. This is sold in Japan as 'Army pattern' as it matches that used on WW2 Gunto, so is ideal for restoring a gunto or upgrading a Paul Chen type blade. This colour is not usually available in the UK at a reasonable price. 4 Metres will wrap an average size katana, and will be enough for a standard gunto. I am also listing black cotton, brown cotton, and black silk!
