Warranty / Returns

Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.

If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less a £10 re-stocking fee and the P&P.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Postal Orders.
We will not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.

By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Credit and Debit Card – We can accept payment with your credit or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal.  Please contact us via eBay after your purchase to make payment with your credit or debit card.

By Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address.  It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

Shipping

All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 1 working day of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded – normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.

Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail International Signed for – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 15 business days from date of dispatch.  Contact us after the 15th working day only. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

P&P Explained

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

A: All items bar high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10 working days, but again is not guaranteed.

Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?

A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. Q: Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers not working?

A: Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed for service are only traceable upon Delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. Ecell have no control over this. Please allow 18 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt. Note – Please also check the postal address as you supplied on the PayPal transaction receipt.
