We accept non-faulty returns provided your inform us, via ebay 'my messages', within 14 days of the postmark, that you will be returning them. The buyer is to pay ALL return postage costs. We will refund the original price, only upon arrival with us.
Non-faulty items MUST be returned to us, at your expense:
* In 100% resaleable condition
* In original, unopened packaging
* Dirt / odour / damage free
Any item which we feel falls below these standards will be returned to the buyer, and NO refund made.
Should you be the first of well over 2000 buyers to receive a faulty item from kinlosspets, we still require you to inform us that you will be returning it, and why, via ebay 'my messages'. Upon receipt, we will confirm any flaw/fault in the item and refund your purchase price, and your return postage. If acceptable, a replacement will often be offered, in the first instance, but only if this is what you prefer!
In cases where we feel the item may have been misused or intentionally damaged, we will send the item to it's manufacturer, for them to investigate. We will NOT refund or replace until the manufacturer has confirmed a manufacturing flaw or fault. There is no time limit to how long such a process will take. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
We are a small, family run, 'real life' pet shop. We take great pride in our stock, and our service. Each and every item is inspected by us upon delivery; when being put into stock; prior to being sent to an ebuyer.
We strive to offer the very best of service to all of our customers, both instore, and online.
