DRIVEN IT AROUND THE BLOCK A COUPLE TIMES BUT THAT'S ALL.
BRAKES O.K., HANDBRAKE FINE, STEERING HAS SOME PLAY.
GEARBOX, (FOUR SPEED CRASH, NO SYNCRO'S) CLUTCH, REAR AXLE ALL SEEM FINE.
BODYWORK SURPRISINGLY GOOD, HAS HAD WELDING TO SILLS AND FLOORS,SEEMS SOLID ENOUGH WITH NO HOLES OR OBVIOUS RUST, PAINT WORK NOT BAD , ODD CHIPS AND MARKS HERE AND THERE, (SAY 7/10)
SUICIDE FRONT DOORS
ORIGINAL STEEL SLIDING SUNROOF,SEALED WITH SILICONE YEARS AGO SO DOESN'T OPEN.
ALL GLASS PRESENT AND GOOD.

UPHOLSTERY IS ALL THERE BUT NOT TOO CLEVER, HAS HAD A DIY RETRIM TO DOOR CARDS, HEADLINING AND PARTS OF THE SEATS, CHEAPO CARPETS, SEATS LOOK ORIGINAL AND ARE ALL VARYING SHADES OF BROWN, MIX OF LEATHER AND VINYL ( THE PICTURES SHOW A GREENY TINGE FOR SOME REASON WHICH IS INACCURATE) OVERALL I'D GIVE IT 4/10

SEPERATE CHASSIS, ALL LOOKS GOOD, AS DO BRAKE RODS AND CABLES, REAR SPRINGS ETC.,PLENTY OF GREASE AND OIL ABOUT UNDERNEATH WHERE IT SHOULD BE (7/10)
EXHAUST IS SOUND, SURFACE RUST, BUT BLOWING SLIGHTLY AT MANIFOLD JOINT.
THE DASH IS LOVELY, ALL ORIGINAL AND UNTOUCHED BUT OBVIOUSLY AGED, GAUGES ALL WORK I THINK,
CLOCK DOESN'T, SPEEDO, OIL PRESSURE, AMMETER DEFINITELY DO. (7/10)

MOTOR IS 1609cc SIDE VALVE 4 CYLINDER, ALLOY HEAD, STARTS STRAIGHT AWAY, RUNS SWEET ENOUGH ONCE WARMED UP,NO NASTY KNOCKS OR RATTLES, HAS REBUILT WATER PUMP, CARBURETTOR, NEW FAN BELT, BOTTOM HOSE, PLUGS, CAPS, LEADS, POINTS, CONDENSER, DISSY CAP,S.U. ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP AND INLINE FILTER.SMOKED A BIT WHEN WE FIRST FIRED HER UP BUT IS FINE NOW, I RECKON THE MORE SHE'S USED THE BETTER SHE'LL GET. (8/10)
