DESPATCH & DELIVERY
If ordering one of our Removal Packs before 2.30pm Mon-Fri, Boxes For Packing will despatch your parcel on a Next Working Day ( Mon - Fri excluding Bank Holidays ) delivery service. If you place your order after 2.30pm on Friday or over the weekend we will despatch your parcel Monday for delivery Tuesday. Deliveries can be made anytime betweem 7AM & 5.30PM unfortunately no specific time can be given.
We deliver to Mainland UK only ( if unsure please telephone customer services before ordering ). If ordering from the Scottish Highlands there may be a delivery surcharge. Below are a list of " highlands " postcodes where a surcharge will be incurred:
IV3 - IV40, IV52 - IV54, IV63 KW1 - KW14 PA20 - PA40 PH19 - PH40, PH50
We do deliver to the Isle of Wight but a £10.00 surcharge will be charged.
We DO NOT DELIVER TO, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Republic of Ireland.
Please Note " Boxes For Packing " make no profit from delivery surcharges.
All parcels need to be signed for.
If on the very rare occasion the parcel does not arrive on time, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
Please provide a daytime telephone number for the courier. The number will be used if the courier is struggling to find the delivery address.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please return them within 14 days of receipt of order & we will refund your money in full.
