• Anti-burst. In the unlikely event the ball is puntured it will deflate slowly and safely.

• Made from a very durable and tough plastic material the balls can withstand pressures / weights up to 880lbs and fully conform to the CEN-EN 71/1.2.3 standards, consequently they are very safe.

• They come boxed with an instruction booklet which describes how they should be used and outlines a series of exercises to help improve fitness, balance, strength and mobility.

• The box also contains two stoppers and a pump adaptor suitable for most bicycle pumps. They can be inflated using a lilo pump , bicycle pump or the pump made for the purpose which can be bought in our ebay shop.
