RETURNS

We offer a minimum 30 day return to base warranty. Any further manufacturer warranty is in addition to this and would be dealt with by the relevant manufacturer. If goods are faulty the procedure is as follows: 1 - Notify us of the fault within the agreed warranty period either by email or by fax, NOT TELEPHONE. 2 - We will endeavour to organise a repair for you remotely, failing this, the item is to be packed and returned to us at your carriage expense, and a replacement will be sent back to you at our carriage expense. Please Note - We keep records of all relevant serial numbers, and apply warranty stickers where appropriate. These stickers are designed to break if removed or tampered with. We will not accept items for return where stickers have been broken or tampered with. To avoid any possible confusion, we suggest you take a picture of the stickered item and forward it to us via email.
