This is a brand new perfume decanter. It is a victorian high heel shoe. It has the blotting stick in the top that screws onto the bottle. The bottle is frosted glass while the shoe is gold colored plastic with light green rhinestones. It has never had anything in it. It measures about 2.5" from shoe toe to heel and about 1" in width at shoe heel back and 4.5" in height counting stopper.
