2.0 Delivery

2.1 Goods will generally be dispatched the same working day*after payment has been cleared if ordered before 10am on a normal working day*. Otherwise your goods will be dispatched the following working day*. All orders placed at a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day*.
2.2 Please provide contact telephone number when you making payment otherwise we CAN NOT process your order. The driver may give you a call one hour prior to arrival. Please note not all couriers offer this service.
2.3 Due to this is expensive and frangible item, please check the tank glass carefully before you sign the delivery note. Fail to do this you will not be insured.
We offer full refund or replacement in case of damage in transit. This offer will be invalid if you fail to inform us the damage with pictures within 48 hours from receipt of goods.
2.4 Please be aware that delivery is to the front of your premises. At least two people needed to carry this item. Please provide correct address, and ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
* A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

3.0 Cancellation and Return

3.1 If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.
3.2 Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation by the buyer at the buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. A buyer will receive a full refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the buyer fails to return the goods following cancellation, shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the buyer.
3.3 Returned goods must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
3.4 When returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

4.0 Warranty

4.1 where the goods have been found to be defective, we shall repair in our UK premises, or in its sole discretion, replace defective goods direct from our UK warehouse free of charge, except buyer’s return postage, subject to the following conditions:
4.1.1 the buyer notifying us of the defect within 7 working days of the defect becoming apparent.
4.1.2 provided your goods is within its warranty period.
4. 1.3 the defect being due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship of the manufacturer. However, the warranty doesn’t cover the glass part of aquariums/water leaking.
4.2 If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, you will be liable for the return postage.
4.3 We shall be under no liability whatever to the buyer for any loss (including loss of profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred by the buyer or for any loss or damage to or caused by the goods.
4.4 Light tubes are not covered by the Warranty
