This is the type of custard that vanilla/custard slices are made with also cake fillings, trifles, tarts etc, the uses are endless. 

 

It is renowned amongst artisan bakers as the one to beat, you can freeze it and thaw it without any bad effect, the vanilla taste is great, you can slice it without any problems.

The amount is 400g, this is enough to fill about 4 large cakes with about 1/2" of custard, you just add cold water and whisk.

• Payment is expected within 7 days
• We accept Paypal, personal cheques, postal orders .
• Overseas buyers must pay either by paypal or by english cheque
