All cancellations must be notified to us by eBay message.
If the product has not yet been posted at the time we confirm receipt of your cancellation request then you will be refunded in full (including postage).
If however, the product has already been posted then the cost of the item will be refunded but the cost of postage & packing will not be refunded. The postage costs of returning the items to us will be borne by the customer.
Products must be in their original undamaged packaging and in perfect re-sellable condition. We are unable to accept returns if they are not in this condition and they will be sent back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
We strongly recommend that you return items to us by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot offer any refund until the product is received by us. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
Faulty Items
You can return goods at any time if they are found to be defective. In these circumstances, we will refund the cost of postage and packing in addition to refunding the cost of the item itself. We will also refund the cost of returning the item to us using the same method with which it was sent out. Proof of posting charges will be required. |
