Return policy
Bead Stock Direct accept that it can sometimes be difficult to purchase exactly what you want on-line with out being able to physically handle an item.  Therefore, if you decide that the item is not suitable please send a message via the 'Ask Seller a question' link to say that you will be returning the item & request a refund.  Refunds will only be given via the original payment method & only for the original amount paid for the item, excluding p&p - all p&p costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  
The refund will be issued once the item has been returned to Bead Stock Direct, in its original packaging, unused, undamaged & fit for re-sale.  Please use a trackable delivery/postal service as Bead Stock Direct will not refund on unreturned items.
