Many parts of Roselle including seeds, leaves, fruits and roots are used in various foods. Among them, the fleshy red calyces are the most popular. They are used fresh for making wine, juice, jam, jelly, syrup, gelatin, pudding, cakes, ice cream and flavors and also dried and brewed into tea, among other things. The red calyces contain antioxidants including flavonoids, gossypetine, hibiscetine and sabdaretine.
Hibiscus tea is a caffeine free herbal tea from a special type of hibiscus, called Roselle, the scientific name is Hibiscus sabdarrifa. Specifically, the tea is made out of the dried fruit part of Roselle, called calyx. It is in red color and tastes like berries.

We currently only accept Paypal online payments for single items and small orders through Ebay. Most of our potential customers have a Paypal account, or find it easy to open one quickly. If you are a wholesale customer there are other methods of payment, including telegraphic transfer.
Shipping
We ship worldwide by air. Our international postal charges are among the lowest on the internet, and you can save even more by ordering multiple items in one delivery. We aim to ship within 24 hours (48 hours at weekends) of your payment being processed. Shipment by air takes between 2 and 3 weeks, usually. But can take a little longer. Once the shipment has left us we have no influence on the time it takes. We regard a shipment as missing if it doesn't arrive within 30 days. But many of our customers are very pleasantly surprised at just how quick it can be when everything goes right. If you require a shorter shipment time please contact us prior to bidding. We can usually accommodate most requests. Thai Postal Services cover packages to the value of 500 baht (about £9 or $14). It is a very rare occurrence for anything to go astray. But we do ask you to consider taking out shipping insurance for more valuable items, simply for your peace of mind. We do our very best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We add nothing to the actual costs we incur. The product we send will be the product in the photograph. But the shade may differ slightly to that which appears on your computer screen.
