Returns procedure.

You must inform us either by email or in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery. 

You will be issued with a returns number which must be quoted on all correspondence.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, include the item number, your ebay ID, your address and the returns number. Failure to include this information will delay a possible refund.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. 

All orders cancelled within 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be credited in full less any initial postage costs. Orders that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period, will be subject to a 20% restocking and administration charge. 
Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods. 
All items being returned for credit must be in a saleable condition with all accessories. Items will not be accepted if the item has been opened where blister packed or the packaging has been damaged. 
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where any of these conditions have not been met.
