Payment

METHODS ACCEPTED: Personal cheque (drawn on UK banks), Nochex , Paypal, All major Credit Cards

OTHER: Payment is due within 7 days of close of auction. Non payment notice will be sent after 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping

All goods are sent via Royal Mail unless heavier items which will be sent by parcel force or Courier, unless stated otherwise. A certificate of posting is always obtained, we cannot be held responsible for the post offices handling of the mail, for this reason insurance is recommended for which a signature will be required.

All international items are shipped AIR mail unless stated otherwise.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO OVERSEAS BIDDERS:

PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BIDDING FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE RATES AS ITEMS DESCRIPTIONS ARE FOR UK ONLY AND  MAY NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL FULL SHIPPING COST IS PAID.

Delivery

All items are in house and shipped within 48 hours of payment.

Refunds & Returns

Most items may be returned for refund of the purchase price if not happy with your item (not including P&P).

If you would like special handling of your item (i.e. registered, insurance, etc), please email us at the close of auction. We get a certificate of posting but can not be responsible for the post office handling of the mail.

We endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours. If you have emailed us and we have not responded within 24 hours, please check that we have items on auction. If there are no items on auction, we are on holiday and will check email as often as possible. Thank you for understanding if there is a delay in those circumstances.
