3 Part set comprising of 4.0metre overall length main tension strap with claw hook end fittings. Heavy duty narrow handle locking ratchet buckle with claw hook end fitting. Complete with CTS9S soft eye connector strap 475mm OAL to protect expensive alloy wheels.
Minimum Break force 4000daN(KG) when new. Lashing Capacity 2000daN (KG). We also sell Wheel Protection Covers.
All our webbing lashings are in accordance with BS EN12195-2:2001. The BS 5759:1987 standard for lashings was withdrawn by BSI on 15th December 2001. The latest publication of standard BS EN12195-2:2001 incorporates amendment 15863 (Corrigendum 1) stating in the national foreword that this standard supersedes BS 5759:1987.Quality management system is to BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
The ratings under the BS EN12195-2:201 standards are measured in decanewtons (daN). This is a unit of force rather than weight. For the purposes of this standard: 1.0 kg = 1.0daN. Therefore: 1000daN = 1.0 Tonnes.
