Item description:  Items are described to the best of my ability. I sell a diverse range of items and I am not an expert in all fields. I do carry out research on many items before I advertise them. I always photograph the actual items myself using a Canon 400D 10.5mp camera unless clearly stated otherwise.

Items sold as ‘Spares or Repairs’ are just that please don’t expect a fully operational mint condition item if advertised as spares. Any items that are not FULLY working will be clearly stated in the item description.

Postage and Packing:

Items are priced for postage / shipping according to size and weight with the use of the Royal Mail web site and the cost price of quality packaging materials. All items are covered fully for loss/ damage for insurances purposes. If the item won reaches very high bids, I may need to increase the postage charge unless the winner is prepared to waive insurance, in which case I will not be held further liable.

I try to keep postage costs whilst always utilising high quality of packing.  For example, I use professional reinforced album mailers for all LP sales. All items that are ‘do not bend’ or fragile are marked well using red tape where necessary.

Items are posted within 3 working days after payment is received. If your item takes longer to arrive than expected please contact me first before leaving a star rating in Feedback because 99 out of 100 times the delay is down to the post office and out of my control.  Many items are payed for through paypal and you will receive an email when the postage label is created.

Missing items: Proof of postage is always obtained from the post office.  Any items that do go missing in the post have to be claimed for through the post office. If this very rare situation does occur I will give every assistance possible.

I am not responsible for items that are ‘lost in the post’ due to incorrect postal information given by the buyer and no claim or refund will be given.

Damaged items: All items are packed to survive a nuclear event! However, should an item arrive damaged a claim can be made through the post office using the same format as for a missing item. Please photograph the damaged packaging before opening the item if it is obviously damaged.

Returns: If an item arrives and it is not as described please inform me a.s.a.p. then return the item in the same condition as it was received within 7 days and a full refund will be given. Please read my description carefully before bidding to minimise the risk of receiving the wrong product.
