Returns: Important Please note: Our standard warranty is "return to base". All items must be returned to us in their original packaging at the customers expense, no matter what the complaint. Before returning an item, our office must be contacted for an RMA number. Items will be exchanged only. The only exception to this is where goods are "dead on arrival", in which case we will arrange for them to be collected or refund postage. In the unlikely even of a fault occurring during the warranty period, goods will always be either repaired or replaced. Refunds will not be given under any circumstance.
