We had these made for us in West Germany way back in the early/mid 70s and have hair slides and occasionally rings to match

The decals were placed over the scarf clips, secured and then a coating of laminate was placed over to protect them

These were made by us in in West Germany long before the Berlin Wall came down. Circa 1980s.

I used to design and these and these are the remnants. The  factory concerned in  Baveria Germany has now ceased to make these and there other jewellery items thus they are a rarety.
