A. How to decrib the quality of our beads

Our beads normally have 5 levels in quality :

1.Very high quality: these beads are named with AAAA

2.high quality: these beads are named with AAA.

3.Very good quality: these beads are named with AA

4.Good quality: these beads are named with A

5.Normal quality: these beads are named without A

B. More details of products

For each item we will give the honest details, such as “dyed, synthetic” in item’s description. The items without any description for the materials are 100% natural or genuine.

C. The photos of our beads

We try to make all the photos of the items as nearest similarity as the actual products. However due to the nature of the beads these photos are slightly different from the actual products. Some beads may have few inclusions or slightly pitted which photos do not show. So if you have any doubt for any items please contact us. We will be more than happy to give any information.

purchasing more or extra items

First item we will charge￡0.99 for P&P and packing. Each extra item, we will charge￡0.49（within UK）. For Europe we will charge 0.79  for extra item. For international we will charge￡0.99. however some big size beads will be charged a bit more.

H. postage

All of our items are sent by  first class standard with ordinary envelop (other methods on request). However, the responsibility not taken for Items lost in transit. Receipts kept as proof of posting for one month and can be obtained on request.
