Unlike other furniture retailers we understand this is a crucial part of the transaction. We aim to make this as convenient for you as possible.

Larger items will be delivered by a two man delivery service; they will arrange a delivery date and convenient time with you. On arrival they will then take your furniture to a room as instructed by you.

Smaller items are delivered via Initial city link usually within 48 hours of dispatch, delivery time is between 8am-5pm, time slots cannot be provided.

In all instances if you should miss the delivery a card will be left to inform you of this and provide further instructions.

Put basically we offer a no quibble refund policy on items delivered.
The buyer will be responsible for safe return of the item/s, however we can arrange this for you at direct cost of £50 per item.

Q. Where are you based and do you have a showroom‌
A. We are based in Gloucestershire near Cirencester however unfortunately we do not have a showroom, we are within a secure industrial zone and regretfully we are unable to facilitate viewings. Please note we do offer a 14 day moneyback guarantee should you wish to return furniture if not suitable.(Please see our 14 day moneyback offer)
Products
Q: I am looking for a particular product that is not listed in your ebay shop.
A: We always list our entire catalogue of furniture in our shop, unfortunately if it is not listed we are afraid we will not have it.
Q: I found the product I want to buy but I have seen it cheaper somewhere else.
A: Our prices are already fantastically low, but if you have found an identical product elsewhere, please call us or email us and we will always beat any competitors price.
Q: How long will delivery take on my order
A: Each item ordered will have an anticipated despatch date quoted on each ad, this is however dependant on stock levels as well as payment method.
Please note we may have stocks available quicker than the suggested despatch date originally quoted, if this is the case we will always despatch as soon as possible.
Q: I am going away on holiday
If you are unavailable to take your order until after a given date you must inform us of this via email as soon as possible after placing your order.
If you have failed to inform us of this and we are unaware of these dates, we may despatch the items to our carriers, if so our carriers will charge £30 per item to return the items to our warehouse, this will be chargeable to the customer.

A: We offer free mainland UK delivery on all orders.
Q: Can you deliver outside mainland UK‌
A: At the moment we are NOT able to deliver outside mainland UK. We can deliver to any address within GB Mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight are not possible at this time.
Q: When will my goods be delivered‌
A: Please refer to the individual despatch quote given on each ad and our terms and conditions. If for any reason a product is not available for the delivery times quoted you will be contacted and made aware of the delay as soon as possible after placing the order.

Care of your Furniture

Please do not use household polishes on any of our solid wood products, this can cause the wood to dry out and result in splitting and cracking!!

Solid Oak products
Please treat immediately upon receipt with, clear Danish oil, this is available at all high street DIY stores at minimal cost.

Further treatments should be applied every 3-4 months, if the items are situated near a direct heat source such as a radiator the oil should be applied every 2 months.


Solid Mango products
Recent customer feedback has drawn our attention to the point that our Indian furniture can arrive in a very "dusty" state. We have spoken to our suppliers on this matter and they are trying hard to rectify this, however due to extremes in weather and conditions in certain areas of Rajasthan we ask you to assume that the Indian produced items will need wiping down with a damp cloth when you receive them.

A clear Bees wax should then be applied immediately and then every 3-4 months.
If the items are situated near a direct heat source such as a radiator, the wax should be applied every 2 months.
