We use 3 shipping methods depending on the size and weight of the item. We charge a flat shipping fee which includes the carriage itself, any required packing material expenses, and labour.
Initial City Link- Small to medium sized items e.g. Post Boxes, Small garden ornaments, Lanterns, Parasols & Bases, Fire Screens, Hammocks, Small Bistro Sets, Mosaic Sets, Teak Chairs etc
PayPal users will receive item the next working day via Initial City Link provided payment is received before 12.00pm unless otherwise stated. Item will require a signature so please advise at the time of purchase if other delivery arrangements are required. We can leave item with a neighbour or in a safe place, though this is not advised and will be at your own risk. Please add £20 if a Saturday delivery is required (UK Only).
All offshore shipping charges are given in the table below. If you are ordering from an offshore address e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc. then you will need to use this table. You must add the appropriate surcharge when sending your payment. If you are in any doubt about how much to pay then please wait for us to email an invoice with the total. We cannot ship to BFPO addresses, PO boxes, or the Channel Islands.
Two delivery attempts will be made after which you will be charged in full for redelivery with no exceptions so please make sure someone is available to provide a signature.

Delivery Charge + £15 Offshore Surcharge. Average delivery time is 2 working days from dispatch. This is a standing surcharge that is charged by most couriers. We will not ship your item if this is not paid.

Tsi/Palletways - Larger items such as patio sets and large garden ornaments etc. will be shipped via Tsi/Palletways and can only be delivered to the UK Mainland with no exceptions. Note that we cannot ship larger items without a telephone number as the courier will need to ring you to book the delivery. Please allow 3 working days for pallet deliveries. If your are not available to take delivery after it has been booked by yourself, you will be charged £12.95 for every redelivery attempt.
Very small items such as key racks etc. will be posted via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. Overseas items will be posted via Airmail.
