Utilisation of the new IMPACT MIRACLE coating based on the popular, MIRACLE (Al,Ti,Si)N coating technology, means an increase in film hardness and heat resistant properties.

These properties are made higher by using a new Single Phase Nano Crystal Coating Technology which in turn delivers a higher oxidation resistance and lower coefficient of friction for reliability and increased tool life.

The extra tool life is an especially important factor to help avoid tool changes when surface finishes on large components are critical
