We will endeavor to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount once evidence of damage is recieved and a claim is logged with the courier at our discretion.
Proof of postage is obtained for all items therefore any items lost in Transit will be replaced like for like or a full refund will be offered once the courier confirms the item as lost.
All returns must be agreed beforehand via email and be in their original packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance.
Any refund amount for a returned item will only cover the amount of your purchase bid and will not include any postage and packaging.
Items will be subject to a 10% (or £1.00 minimum) restocking fee, this will be to cover the costs incurred. |
