FAQ

• We are a UK based VAT registered Limited Company. VAT number: 696 2812 95
• All items shipped from the UK.
• All products are 100% genuine where stated.
• All prices include UK VAT.
• We will replace all defective products or offer store credit.
• Untampered with defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
• All new items will have an additional one year manufacturer's warranty.
• Feedback is left automatically upon positive feedback received.

Shipping

All items are shipped from our Manchester warehouse within 24 hours of cleared funds received, usually the next working day after payment. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class delivery - Fastway - Parcelforce or DHL. Guaranteed next day delivery is only available to UK customers who select the Special Delivery or DHL Diamond and tracking number is only available to customers who select the Special or Recorded Delivery. We can not guarantee or provide  tracking number if the standard delivery selected. International orders are sent either standard airmail, International or Signed For, please see the postage & packaging section below for details. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Payment

After you have won the auction, you may complete eBay checkout and pay via Paypal or if you wish to pay by Debit or Credit Cards please call us on 0161 839 2640. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo. We do not accept any cheque, postal orders or bank transfer of any kind. We will only post to registered card holders address.

Returns

Please return your item within 7 days of receipt and notify us beforehand, please contact us first and we will issue RMA or we may not be able to process it. Any unwanted none faulty item may accrue restocking charge.  In the event that any item needs to be returned to us for whatever reason you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold by us shall be the price of the product ordered and shipping costs to the buyer only.
