Laws currently in force protect the purchaser by giving him or her the right to terminate the purchase contract for whatever reason at all.

This right is only for natural persons, excluding therefore transactions carried out representing a company i.e. when there is a VAT registration number with the issuing of an invoice.

To benefit from this right it is essential to send a written communication, first by e-mail then by registered mail with a return slip, expressing the desire to withdraw from the purchase, within ten working days from the date of acceptance of the goods.

Shipping costs will legally be met by the customer and the goods sent, until there is evidence that they have arrived in our warehouse, are also the customer's responsibility

We therefore urge you to insure your shipment and get a receipt attesting delivery at the recipient's premises.
You will be responsible for monitoring the shipment with the courier you have chosen and checking the quality of the delivery; Wheeltrims will in no way be liable for damage or theft/loss of the goods returned in non-insured shipments.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract contact us by e-mail and you will be able to agree the method of the returns and choose whether to get your money back or replace the product you intend to return.
