Please add £2.99 for postage and packaging (P&P), we offer a discount for each additional item ordered at  £2 each (for multiple items the postage is calculated with the highest P&P cost first, then the discounted rate stated for each individual extra item ordered).                                                We post Internationally - please see details at the end of the advert.

We use Royal Mail First Class delivery to send most of our items (unless detailed otherwise). If we receive cleared payment by 5pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) your item will be despatched the next working day, usually reaching you the day after that. We do offer next day special delivery if you need it in a hurry - please see details at the end of this advert.

Our P&P charge includes the cost of postage, stationery and administration, if you do not agree with this then please do not bid/buy.

We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations so if  for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will make a full refund to you if the item/s is returned within seven working days.  We also offer a one year return and replace warranty on all items. If the item goes wrong during the first year we will be happy to replace it with a similar item. If a suitable replacement is not available we will provide a refund.  You will need to return items at your own cost. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. Please email us for return instructions.  Our warranty covers against defective workmanship only, misuse or wilful damage will render the warranty void.

We are a UK VAT registered company and can provide you with a VAT receipt upon request. VAT is included in the final price.
