Postage Discounts

In order to get the best value from the postage system, this pack has been selected to be just under the weight & size limits for a 750g Large Letter. For most multiple purchases it is cheaper to send packs individually than to combine items. I will refund (through Paypal) any postage savings that can be made by combining multiple purchases, but for most orders of less than 4-5 packs (depending on size) no discounts are possible as there are no savings to be made.

Please don't blame me for the shortcomings of the current postal system - I do not set Royal Mails' tariffs, but I do have to work within them!

My charges for post & packing are exactly that, they cover all my packing & delivery costs but nothing else! I do not add my Ebay fees or any part of the items value to my P&P charges. If asked before purchase, I will always provide a P&P total for multiple purchases, quoting for the cheapest Second Class or Parcel Post options, as appropriate. Any such quote is final & non negotiable.

Delivery Times

I normally post daily at 9am (Monday to Friday), so goods will usually be dispatched the next working day after payment is received. Although occasionally I may take up to three days to post, we all need a day off sometimes! The postal system can be subject to delays but UK customers can normally expect their goods to arrive within seven working days, usually much quicker. Overseas deliveries can take a little longer & can be further delayed while awaiting customs clearance.

In the case of lost or missing items, I will always meet my legal obligations, but please note, the postal service is not instant, I do not respond to complaints of non-delivery within seven days of posting (Special Delivery items excepted).

Buyers Feedback

Station Road Baseboards reserves the right to cancel a sale (refunding any payment made), to any purchaser who is judged to have left a high level, or suspicious pattern, of negative or neutral feedback for previous transactions.

1 The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of any defects. The Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective. 2 Where the buyer simply does not want the goods, they must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey, the original P&P charges will not be refunded.
