If you change your mind or have purchased an incorrect item we can provide a refund or exchange if you notify us by email or telephone within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange and return details  must be requested from us prior to returning any items.

All items are to be returned at the buyers expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us upon which we will refund any return postage costs incurred. 

All refurbished telephones come complete with a 90 day return to base replace or repair warranty. All brand new items (excluding batteries) carry a full 12 month warranty.
