Wax Melts are a fantastically easy way to add an intense burst of fragrance to your home.

Simply pop one Melt in the top of an oil burner and light an unscented Tea Light below - do not add water to the wax (see bottom photo). When finished with please wait for wax pool to cool before touching. This can then either be taken out or left in the oil burner.  This can then be re used - giving gorgeous fragrance many times.

Trading Policy	We want you to be delighted with your purchase - and to return for more!  A Full Refund is offerd if you are not happy with your purchase in any way. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we will do whatever we are able to ensure this.
Paying	We accept and prefer PayPal and Nochex. Cheques are welcome on the buyers understanding that goods will not be dispatched until the Cheque clears (approx 7 working days) Credit/Debit Card are also welcome - all online payments (PayPal and Nochex) should be sent to: debi@well-creek-candles.co.uk  For transactions OUTSIDE of the UK PayPal ONLY. Address details for UK sent cheques are given at the end of the sale or auction All payments should be made within 7 days of the sale/auction ending unless previously arranged with us.
Post & Packing	Our postage charges are for the actual postage/shipping cost with a only a few pence added to cover packing materials We are happy to combine postage costs and give postage discounts for multiple purchases. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a correct delivery address is given. To keep postage costs down we always use Royal Mail 2nd Class post for smaller items within the UK – if you require your items sent 1st Class please contact us to arrange this. For large, heavy or weighty multiple purchases we use Royal Mail Parcels or Courier delivery – whichever is cheapest. Couriers will require a signature for the goods, if no one is at home during the day please give an alternative address for delivery – all items returned as undeliverable will only be resent upon receipt of an additional shipping payment. Overseas we use Royal Mail Airmail – Surface Mail is an option. We do not accept PO Box numbers as delivery addresses in UK or abroad. Our Airmail shipping prices are based upon weight – please remember this if purchasing items from outside the UK. Surface Mail is a cheaper option but may take several weeks to arrive. The collection of goods from our premises is offered but is appointment only.
Dispatch/Delivery	Under normal circumstances purchases are posted within 24 hours of cleared payment – often purchases are posted same day (normal working hours)
Returns/Refunds	A full refund is offered if you are not satisfied in any way with the goods you have purchased - please inform us BEFORE the goods are returned - this is within 3 days of receipt. If the item purchased is damaged or faulty the return postage cost be refunded. Item exchanges must be agreed by email and items must be in as received condition – seals unbroken and wrappers/boxes still sealed. On all exchanges buyer is responsible for postage charges – we have the right to refuse exchanges upon return condition of items where upon item cost will be refunded. Receipts of posting are ALWAYS obtained for ALL  parcels, claims of non delivery will be dealt with through the Royal Mail and refunds will be issued when compensation is received by us. Royal Mail may contact the customer - this will require customer co operation. All returns should be sent via Recorded/Signed For delivery service.
