This is an auction for unfilled bag and we left this for purpose. Many courier companies are refusing to take heavy filled bags. We are selling this bag as unfilled so our customers can fill them and save heavy postage costs. Even when we sent filled bags our customers did not like the weight and they had to increase the weight anyway.

Punch bags can be filled with rags, sand or mixtures of both. Rags are available free as waist from many garments companies and sand is available very cheap from many DIY stores. You need to buy bags of sands of 1, 2 ...or 5 kg. It is advisable to fill with both.
