Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 7 days of receipt of goods:

INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY CUSTOMER / NO LONGER REQUIRED - Goods must be returned by the Customer at their own expense within 7 days of authorisation being obtained.  Goods must be received in mint condition and in their original packaging. A 15% handling fee will apply to the return.  Catches And Latches can not be held responsible for returns lost or received damaged.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS - Any goods received damaged / faulty must be reported in writing to Catches And Latches within 7 days of receipt.  Catches And Latches will provide customer with authroisation number and goods must be returned by the customer to Catches And Latches.  Upon receipt of the return Catches And Latches will despatch a replacement and refund return postal costs incurred or refund the product in full including original P&P plus postal costs incurred in the return. Catches And Latches can not be held responsible for any return lost in transit.
